Indecent act
On August 18, 2016 at 11:34 a.m., the Guelph Police were called to Cardigan Street for the report of a male committing an indecent act in the vicinity of children.
The male left prior to police arrival and a search of the area did not locate the man.
He is described as white, in his forties, shoulder length curly blonde hair wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and a black and red knapsack. He was also riding a black mountain bike with yellow shocks.
