On September 9, 2018, at approximately 8:15 p.m., an unknown male stopped his vehicle in the area of Summit Ridge Drive and Starwood Drive and offered a ride home to some children. There was no other interaction with the male and the children.
The male is described as white, clean shaven, blue or green eyes, wearing a black and red baseball cap with a grey sweater. The vehicle is described as a big pickup truck that is black or purple in colour.
Guelph Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the male or the vehicle. Anyone with information in regard to this incident is advised to contact PC J. Beecraft at 519-824-1212 extension 7186. Anonymous information can be left by calling CRIME STOPPER at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
