Police looking for two sweet-smelling suspects

Police say 21 bottles of perfume valued at $4,500 were stolen from a Guelph store Monday

Guelph Police are on the lookout for a man and a woman who allegedly shoplifted 21 bottles of men’s and women’s perfume from a store located near the intersection of Clair Road West and Gordon Street.

The incident happened Monday between 7:30 p.m. and 7:50 p.m.

The brand names of the bottles included Tom Ford and Chance, and ranged in price from $120 to $241 in value, for a total value of $4,497.40.

The man is described as average height, larger build, wearing a grey baseball hat, black leather jacket, dark pants and a disposable blue mask.

The woman is described as short, larger build, wearing a long grey coat, puffy black hat and white shoes, carrying a large black purse.
