On August 12th, 2017, at approximately 7:25 p.m., Guelph Police "H.E.A.T" officers responded to a call for service at an address on Carden Street Guelph. While officers were dealing with the call, an unknown party(s) slashed both the tires on the two Guelph Police Bikes that the officers rode to the call.
