On Aug. 7, 2018 at approximately 9:22 p.m., Guelph Police were called to the area of the splash pad on Carden Street as well as the area of Carden Street and Wyndham Street in regard to a male exposing his genitals.
The male is described as white, approximately 25-35 years old, 5’7” to 6’ with a medium build. He was wearing brown shoes, blue jeans, a black v-neck or open collar shirt and a blue baseball cap. When the hat was removed the male appeared to have closely shaved light blonde hair and a light amount of facial hair. On the male’s right inner arm was a tattoo as well on his left outer forearm.
On Aug. 8, 2018, at approximately 6:23 p.m., the male matching the description was seen at the splash pad on Carden Street and police were contacted. As a result, David Bell, a 35-year-old Guelph male was arrested for indecent act as well as breaching his probation order. Bell is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 18, 2018.
