Police see vehicle drive onto curb, Guelph man charged with impaired

On April 2, 2020 just before 10:30 p.m., police observed a vehicle driving near the intersection of Speedvale Avenue East and Woolwich Street in the City of Guelph mount a curb. Police initiated a traffic stop and began speaking with the adult male driver. Ultimately, he failed an approved screening device roadside breath test and was arrested.

A 36-year-old Guelph male has been charged with:
    •    Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration
    •    Operation while impaired

He will appear in court on June 9.
