On Jan. 19, 2018 at approximately 9:25 p.m., Guelph police were called to the area of Woodlawn Road West and Elmira Road North, where there was a report of a collision. An unknown vehicle struck a hydro pole, which was now laying across Woodlawn.
The vehicle involved then fled the area. Witnesses describe the responsible vehicle as a “white tow truck.” This vehicle will have damage to the right headlight area.
