On March 13, 2018 shortly before 3 p.m., a blue Chevrolet driven by a Guelph male was travelling southbound on Imperial Road North in the area of Willow Road, when it was sideswiped by a white Dodge pickup truck. The driver of the pickup truck fled the scene, continuing southbound on Imperial Road, allegedly going through a red light. There was significant damage to the Chevrolet, luckily, the driver did not sustain any injuries.
