On July 13, 2019 at approximately 10 p.m., Guelph Police responded to the report of a gunshot in the parking lot area of a Super 8 motel located at 281 Woodlawn Rd. W. A 16-year-old female was treated and released for serious but not life-threatening injuries. Police believe this was a targeted shooting.
Police are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the suspect in the shooting.
