On Monday Jan. 30, around 8:20 a.m. at the roundabout of Summerfield Drive and Colonial Drive, a collision between a 2017 white Jeep Compass and a newer model black Ford F150 occurred when the Ford F150 failed to yield to the Jeep Compass, striking the compass on its passenger side.
Both vehicles at the time stopped and agreed to pull off the road to exchange their information. While doing so, the female driver of the Ford F150 left the scene and did not return.
It is believed that there is noticeable damage to the front driver’s side of the pickup truck. If anyone knows any information as to who was involved or has seen the motor vehicle possibly involved please contact Cst. Porterfield at 519-824-1212 Ext. 7182.
