The Guelph Police Service is pleased to advise that this increased attention and awareness of Mr. Ryder’s status was very helpful in locating him.

We wish to thank everyone who took the time to share, broadcast or inquire about the concerns for Mr. Ryder.

June 7 original release

On June 6, 2017 Kristopher Ryder a 42-year-old male was reported missing to the Guelph Police Service. Mr. Ryder is described as being 168cm and weighing 77kgs with a medium build.  He has short black spiked hair, brown eyes and a goatee. 

He was seen yesterday morning in the Orillia area but his whereabouts are still unknown. It is believed that Mr. Ryder is in the Orillia or Haliburton area. 

Police and family members are concerned for his well-being and if anyone has any knowledge of this person please contact your nearest police agency or the Guelph Police Service at 519-824-1212.
