Police seek assistance with mischief incidents

In both cases unknown suspects damaged mailboxes between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m.

On the morning of Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received two separate reports of mischiefs on Sideroad 21 near Alma. In both cases unknown suspects damaged mailboxes between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m. Both complainants reported that was this was not the first time this has happened in recent months.

It is likely that the suspects would have been travelling by vehicle. The OPP are asking anyone with video surveillance in the area of Sideroad 21 to review their recordings for suspicious activities.
