Police seek information on an armed robbery and a theft

This week in Crime of the Week, the featured crimes are a bank robbery last month and the theft of a tractor in August

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, a robbery occurred at the Scotiabank, located on Kortright Road West, in Guelph. Two suspects entered the building armed with a handgun and made a demand for cash. Stolen was an undisclosed amount.

The suspects are described as black, slender builds, both wearing dark clothing and their faces obscured.

The suspects were last seen leaving the area in a dark coloured 2015-2017 Toyota Camry, headed south on Edinburgh Road South.

TOWN OF ERIN - Sometime between the hours of 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 28 and 9 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018, a theft occurred from Market Street in Hillsburgh.

Stolen was a 2005, green, John Deere diesel tractor. The tractor has a fully enclosed cab with wipers and lights. It also had a John Deere front-end loader with bucket attached.
