On July 21, 2018 at approximately 11:54 a.m., Guelph Police were called to Ptarmigan Drive for a report of male masturbating. Police searched the area but the male was not located.
The male is described as 50-60 years old with a thin build, wearing sunglasses, cotton pants and a long sleeve shirt.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Cst B. Kohler at 519-824-1212 ext. 7537. Anonymous tips can be left at Crime Stoppers at 1-800-22-TIPS (8477) or submitted online.
The Guelph Police Service would like to remind you that if you are a witness or a victim to an indecent act, we encourage you to first and foremost, ensure your personal safety is not at risk and then call 9-1-1 to alert police of the crime.
