Police seek public's assistance locating dog owners

On Aug. 30, 2017 at approximately 5 p.m., two females were walking their three dogs off-leash at Rickson Ridge School in Guelph. There were two Swiss mountain dogs that were friendly, however, the third dog was a King Shepherd that (allegedly) attacked a three-month-old Bernese mountain dog and their owner. Prior to being able to get the owners information, the two females left with three dogs.

First female is described as female, white in her 70s short grey hair, blue eyes, heavier build wearing a black arm/wrist splint. The second female is described as white, late 20s early 30s, long blond hair, average build.

They are believed to live in the area of the school.
