Guelph police are asking for assistance with a hit and run investigation. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, 2018 in the area of Woodlawn Road West and Elmira Road North, it is suspected a white, possibly Ford pickup truck with a plow, exited a private drive in a northbound direction and collided with a westbound transport truck. After the collision, the white pickup truck fled in a westbound direction. There is no further descriptions available at this time.

There are no injuries in this collision. Damage to the transport is estimated at $15,000.
