On Sept. 22, 2019 at 12:47 a.m., Guelph police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Michener Road after clocking it travelling at 125 km/hr in the 60 km/hr zone on Woodlawn Road West.
Continued investigation determined that the female driver was impaired by alcohol and she was arrested. She later refused to provide a breath sample and was further charged.
The 30-year-old Kitchener woman has been charged with operation while impaired and refuse to comply with demand. She was also charged under the Highway Traffic Act with speeding and stunt driving.
She will appear in court on Oct. 11, 2019.
