Guelph police have charged a Puslinch woman under the Highway Traffic Act following a crash at the Victoria Road/Stone Road intersection Wednesday afternoon.

Approximately 2:20 p.m., police were called to the intersection of Victoria Road South and Stone Road West for the report of a collision. Investigation alleges a Toyota was northbound on Victoria and made a left turn towards Stone Road. The Toyota then collided with a southbound vehicle. This collision caused the Toyota to roll over, trapping the occupant inside until emergency services arrived.

The driver in the southbound vehicle was taken to the Guelph General Hospital and subsequently released with minor injuries. The 21-year-old Puslinch female driving the northbound Toyota was charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
