4:10 p.m. update

At approximately 1:05 p.m. an 18-year-old person from Wellington North Township turned themselves into the OPP Operation Centre in Teviotdale and is now facing charges.

The Wellington County OPP Major Crime Unit, in conjunction with OPP Forensic Identification Unit and Wellington County OPP members, is continuing to investigate and more information will be released when it becomes available.

TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH - On Dec. 2, 2019 at approximately 10:53 a.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a robbery at a business on Main Street in the Town of Arthur.

Police took a suspect into custody at approximately 1:05 p.m.
 
The Wellington County OPP Major Crime Unit, in conjunction with OPP Forensic Identification Unit and Wellington County OPP members, is continuing to investigate and more information will be released when it becomes available.
