On Jan. 17, 2019 at approximately 4:10 p.m., Guelph police were called to a parking lot of a residential building on SIlvercreek Parkway North, where a citizen was concerned about the driver of a car. Police attended and spoke to the driver. As a result of this interaction, the driver was arrested for impaired operation (by drug) and possession of a controlled substance.
Hillary Schroeder, a 29-year-old Rockwood female, was given a March 1, 2019 court date.
