TOWN OF ERIN – On May 30, 2020 at approximately 9 a.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft from a business on Shamrock Road in the Town of Erin. The complainant advised that a 2020 RV trailer was stolen sometime overnight.

Investigation revealed that at 4:10 a.m. an unknown suspect operating a silver dually pick-up truck entered onto the property, backed up to the trailer and connected it and drove off, last seen travelling westbound on 17 Side Road.

The suspect is described as male dressed in black, face covered with hood/balaclava.

The suspect vehicle is a silver dually pick-up truck with a large dent in the rear right quarter panel over the tire, running boards, 8 ft bed with liner, no back seat in cab, no tailgate and has rear mud flaps with a bar holding them on.

The stolen RV trailer is described as a 2020 Salem 32 BHDS, unplated, silver, tagalong worth approximately $33,000.
