An adult male has been transferred to a Hamilton trauma centre with serious injuries following a collision between an e-bike and an SUV Tuesday night.
The incident happened at roughly 6 p.m. at the intersection of Victoria Road and Woodlawn Road.
Guelph police say the intersection will remain closed for several hours and traffic re-routed while they conduct their investigation.
The badly-damaged e-bike and a late model Chevrolet SUV were both in the middle of the intersection following the collision.
Police are asking people to avoid the area.
