On April 21, 2019 at approximately 7 p.m., several male youths, aged 9-13, were playing in Exhibition Park when they were approached by two adult males. The men asked to play with them and then invited them to their place to play soccer and have Easter candy. The youths quickly left the area feeling uneasy about the two men.
The men are described as:
1. Male black approximately 30 years old with black short curly hair. Wearing a grey sweater and jeans.
2. Male black approximately 30 years old with a buzz cut. Wearing a black hoodie and jeans.
