Someone stabbed the tether balls at Fergus school

On Sept. 9, 2019, at approximately 12:20 p.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police received a report of property damage that occurred at the JD Hogarth Public School on Belsyde Avenue East in Fergus. 

Investigation revealed that sometime over the weekend unknown suspects entered onto the school property and damaged the tether balls outside by stabbing them with a knife or another sharp object.

Any person with information regarding this incident or any other incident involving criminal activity is asked to contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
