On the afternoon of Sept. 19, a female was observed entering a change room in a south end fitness facility and took a wallet containing personal banking cards of the owner and keys to a vehicle. The vehicle was stolen and since recovered.
Later in the day, a female used one of the cards at a nearby store to make a purchase. With the use of video footage, the female was identified and in the early morning of Oct. 19, she was located by police and arrested.
The 20-year-old Guelph female is charged with use of a stolen credit card and was held to appear in bail court.
