Suspect drives through fence after staff members interrupt break and enter

At approximately 1 a.m. on May 7, a male broke into an Admiral Place business but was interrupted by staff members who were still there. The male fled on foot and then broke into a nearby fenced compound on Clair Road and stole a F150 pick-up truck.

When police came across the vehicle, the male attempted to flee and drove the truck through a fence and got it stuck in a ditch where he was arrested by police.

The 29-year-old man from Windsor was charged with a total of 13 charges including break and enter, theft over $5,000 and dangerous driving. He was held in custody to appear in bail court.
