'Suspicious' driving leads to traffic stop

On Jan. 9, 2018 at approximately 2:05 a.m., police were conducting routine patrol on Silvercreek Parkway North, when they observed a vehicle driving in a suspicious manner. The Dodge Caravan was stopped on Silvercreek and the driver spoken to. The driver is alleged to have failed a roadside test and was arrested. She was then transported to the police station, where she is alleged to have refused to provide samples of her breath.

Trudy Small, a 48-year-old Guelph female, was charged with refuse/fail to provide breath sample. She was given a Jan. 26, 2018 court date.
