Thin guy suspected of pretty major power tool theft

Break and enter

On November 2, 2016 at 7:52 a.m, Guelph Police went to a Southgate Drive building to investigate a break and enter that had occurred sometime overnight.

Investigation revealed that multiple service vans had been entered in the rear parking lot of the commercial building.

The culprit caused damage to each vehicle by prying open the side door. Numerous hand held power tools were taken valuing approximately $5000.

The culprit then entered an adjacent parking lot of a Cutten Place commercial building where he forcibly entered a trailer and removed several items some of which were recovered in the original parking lot.

The male suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’7”, thin build.
