On Nov. 29, 2017, HEAT officers and the Tactics and Rescue Unit conducted a Controlled Drug and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at this residence in the early evening hours.

Three persons were arrested and a total of 11 CDSA and HTA charges were laid that include possession for the purpose of trafficking (crystal methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (crystal methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana), breach of probation and driving while suspended.

A 29-year-old male was held to appear in bail court on Nov. 30, 2017. A 29-year-old female and 44-year-old male were released on a PTA/OIC with a future court date. All three are Guelph residents.
