The following news release was issued today by the Guelph Police Service:
Update to female pedestrian struck on Hadati Road
On Jan. 8, 2019, Police were called to Hadati Road in regard to a female pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle. The 77-year-old female sustained serious injuries and was transported to the Guelph General Hospital. The female was then airlifted to an out of town hospital.
Yesterday, the female passed as result of her injuries. The investigation is still ongoing, and Guelph Police will provide an update at a later time in regard to the outcome of the investigation.
