On June 14, 2016, Noella Menard was reported missing to the Guelph Police Service. She was last seen on Friday June 10, 2016 in the afternoon at her home in Guelph.

On June 14, 2016, Noella Menard was reported missing to the Guelph Police Service.  She was last seen on Friday June 10, 2016 in the afternoon at her home in Guelph. She left her residence indicating she was going on a canoeing trip for the weekend with a friend. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Noella Menard is a 35-year-old Caucasian female. She is described as 5’-4”, 126lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. 

Noella Menard frequents the downtown area and utilizes a white mountain bike to travel around Guelph.

Police and family members are concerned for her well-being and are asking anyone with information on Noella MENARD’s whereabouts to contact the Guelph Police Service at 519-824-1212 or the investigating officer Det. Cst. S. Wright at extension 7330.

Attempt theft from construction site

On June 15, 2016 at 5:36 a.m., the Guelph Police went to the construction area at Victor Davis Pool on Victoria Road for the report that two males were trying to cut the perimeter fence. Police attended but the males had left the area. Some copper pipe and wire were taken from the site but left outside the fenced area.

The suspects were described as male, both wearing dark hoodies, approximately 5’10”-6’ with slim builds.

 Theft from cars

On June 15, 2016 the Guelph Police received three reports from Guelph residents about thefts from their cars. The locations were Aspenwood Crescent, Simmonds Drive and Westwood Road.

This crime is easily avoided by locking your cars, keeping valuables out of sight or removed from your vehicle and parked in a well-lit and visible area where possible.
