A truck, valued at more than $50,000 and full of laundry machines, was stolen in the city’s west end early on Wednesday.
Employees of a Pickering company reported a vehicle missing after exiting a business on Wellington Street West, near Imperial Road South. The white, 24-foot long 2017 Hino truck was loaded with washers and dryers picked up earlier in the morning, a police news release explains.
The value of the machines is not known, however the truck is valued at more than $50,000.
