The following news release was issued today by the Guelph Police Service:
Male fails to re-attend court
On Jan. 14, 2020, an adult male failed to appear in court in regards to the following charges:
• Theft under $5,000
• Breach of probation
On Jan. 20, 2020, he was arrested.
A 28-year-old Guelph male has been charged with fail to re-attend court.
He will appear in court on Feb. 25, 2020.
