Guelph Police responded to 208 calls for service

The following news releases were issued today by the Guelph Police Service:

Multiple vehicles vandalized
Sometime during the night of July 15, 2019, the windows of four vehicles parked at a business on the north end of the city were smashed.

Multiple thefts of motor vehicles
Sometime between the afternoon of July 9 and the afternoon of July 15, 2019, a black Chevrolet Sonic was stolen from a parking complex in the downtown area of the city. The vehicle has not been recovered.

Sometime between July 9 and the evening of July 15, 2019, a black Subaru Imprezza and a blue Volkswagen Passat were stolen from a residential parking lot in the west end of the city. The vehicles have not been recovered.

The Guelph Police Service reminds the community to be vigilant in locking their vehicles and not leaving an ignition key inside the vehicle.
