Guelph Police responded to 188 calls for service

The following news releases were issued today by the Guelph Police Service:

Vehicle struck building and took off
On Nov. 18, 2019 at approximately 7 p.m., a vehicle struck the corner of a business located near the intersection of Clair Road East and Gordon Street in the City of Guelph, causing significant damage.

Garage break-in
Some time between 11:18 and 11:48 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2019, a residential garage located on the east end of the City of Guelph was entered. A vehicle inside the garage was rummaged through and a Costco cooler bag was taken. A black Kia Sol was observed in the area at the time of the break in.

Shed break-in
Some time overnight on Nov. 17, 2019, the backyard shed of a residence located on the west end of the City of Guelph was entered. The lock of the shed was damaged but nothing was taken.

Silver 2012 Chrysler 300 stolen
Some time between 10 p.m. on Nov. 17 and 8:15 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2019, a silver 2012 Chrysler 300 was taken from the driveway of a residence located in the south end of the City of Guelph.
