Two facing charges in stolen vehicle investigation

On July 10, 2018 at approximately 11:37 p.m., Guelph Police were called to the area of Emma Street in regard to a suspicious vehicle.  Police attended to the area and located the vehicle as well as two occupants.

Through investigation, it was learned the vehicle was stolen out of Toronto.  As a result, Tylo Stultz, an 18-year-old Mississauga male, was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property under $5000 as well as disobey a court order. Stultz is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 17, 2018.

A 16-year-old Toronto male was also arrested and charged with possession of stolen property under $5000.
