Two suspects arrested in relation to bank robbery investigation

On Friday, Jan. 12, 2018 at approximately 10:37 a.m., Guelph police were called to a bank in the south end, where there was a report of a robbery. Employees reported that two suspects entered the bank and demanded money. One employee was assaulted, but did not received any injuries.

As a result of the investigation, on Jan. 24, 2018 a 17-year-old Kitchener male was arrested and charged with robbery and wear a disguise with intent, in relation to this incident.

On Jan. 25, 2018, 20-year-old Shuaib Hussein of Kitchener was arrested for robbery, also in relation to this incident.

A third suspect in this incident is still outstanding, described as a male in dark clothing with his face covered.
