Guelph police say a driver was caught doing over twice the speed limit on Arkell Road Tuesday night.
A police tweet said a 20-year-old Guelph man was charged with stunt driving after police radar clocked him doing 117 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
The driver's licence was also suspended and the car impounded.
