Vehicle forced open, $8,000 in items reported stolen

Guelph Police Service is asking for information regarding a vehicle break-in that resulted in $8,000 in items being reported stolen.

On Oct. 15 at 4:38 a.m. a motor vehicle parked outside a residence near the intersection of Victoria Road North and Woodlawn Road East in Guelph was entered through the rear passenger door, which was forced open.

Numerous items were taken including:

  • iPad
  • Sunglasses
  • Gym bag
  • Various tools including a drywall taper

The total value of the stolen items is approximately $8,000.
