On April 18, 2018 a warrant was issued for a Guelph male in relation to a weapons call. The arrest warrant was related to the charges of two counts of assault with a weapon, carry a concealed weapon, two counts of administering a noxious substance and several breaches.
On May 10, 2018 the Guelph Police Service Tactical and Rescue Unit was able to locate the wanted male and arrest him. The 19-year-old Guelph male is alleged to have had items on his person that he is prohibited from possessing.
He was additionally charged with two counts of breaching a probation order and two counts of breaching an order of recognizance. He was held for a bail hearing.
