WELLINGTON - On May 17, 2017 Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) asked the public to help identify a female involved in a theft. Video was released showing the woman falling while she attempted to steal over $600 in electronics from a Walmart on Highway 6 in Fergus.

The investigation has resulted in the OPP issuing a warrant for the arrest of 44-year-old Stacey L. Fulford of Waterloo Region.

She is charged with uttering threats and two counts of theft under $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code.

OPP continue to investigate the identity of her (alleged) accomplices, two men and three women described below:

  • Male 1 - white, 30 to 40-years-old with short dark hair wearing dark sunglasses and a dark short sleeve shirt with blue jeans
  • Male 2 - white, 30 to 40-years-old wearing a red/white ball cap, light colored sweater and khaki pants
  • Female 1 - white, 20 to 30-years-old wearing all black and is prone to concealing her face
  • Female 2 - white, 20 to 30-years-old with long dark hair wearing a white shirt and black pants
  • Female 3 - white, 20 to 30-years-old with long blond hair wearing a black sweater and black pants
