Early on the morning of July 19, 2019, a waste bin caught on fire outside a business on the east end of city. The Guelph Fire Department attended the scene and quickly extinguished the fire.
The Guelph Police Service is looking for public assistance in identifying the individuals in the following pictures. Police would like to speak to them in relation to the fire.
