T.R.U. respond to Carden Street call On February 16, 2016 at 10:34 p.m., the Guelph Police went to a Carden Street apartment to assist a male in medical distress that was possibly armed with an edged weapon.

On February 16, 2016 at 10:34 p.m., the Guelph Police went to a Carden Street apartment to assist a male in medical distress that was possibly armed with an edged weapon. The Tactics and Rescue Unit was utilized and at 11:52 p.m. the male was safely apprehended.

Property damage

On February 16, 2016 the Guelph Police went to a business on Industrial Street for the report of property damage. The culprit(s) damaged the business sign with rocks.

Drive over 80 mg

On February 17, 2016 at 1:53 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on College Avenue near Edinburgh Road. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.

Murray Mcteer, 37 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on March 4, 2016.
