A Vanier Drive resident returned home after work on January 24 and found the glass in front door broken. It is believed that the unknown suspect(s) exited back through the front door after taking a laptop and foreign currency.

A Vanier Drive resident returned home after work on Jan. 24 and found the glass in front door broken. It is believed that the unknown suspect(s) exited back through the front door after taking a laptop and foreign currency.

Heroin found during arrest

At approximately 11 a.m. on Jan. 24, police located a male at Gordon Street establishment who was wanted for fraud and breach of recognizance charges. When they arrested the 25-year-old Guelph man, they found what is believed to heroin in his possession. He was also charge with drug possession and is scheduled to appear in bail today.
