On Aug. 13, 2019 at approximately 3:25 p.m., a 44-year-old woman was out for a walk with her four children along the south side of the river between Gordon Street and Victoria Road. At the half way of point of the path, the woman was shot in the leg with a BB gun. The female reported this incident to police right away.
Police arrived in the area and searched for possible suspects. The shooter is described as being on the north side of the river. The only description the female was able to get is that the shooter was wearing a blue sweatshirt.
