Halloween has come and gone in what was a safe and relatively quiet night. Police and Bylaw did attend to nine noisy party complaints. Ten bylaw tickets were issued in relation to those complaints.

On October 28, 2016 at 8:22 p.m., the Guelph Police went to Bullfrog Pond Park for the report that youths were doing drugs. Police located two youths and one had a bag containing a small quantity of marijuana.

On October 27, 2016 the Guelph Police attended a residence on Hazelwood Drive to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) gained entry through the locked rear door of the residence sometime overnight.
