Police were called in regard to two parties going through vehicles and pushing a baby stroller

The stolen bike was valued at over $7,000

In an attempt arrest the accused, officers blocked his vehicle in before he is alleged to have driven over a curb, through a backyard, into oncoming traffic and through a red light
