Guelph is one of Canada’s great creative cities, and Guelph Arts Council is proud of its long history as an important arts and culture hub. To advance our meaningful contribution to this dynamic city we are looking for inspired and enterprising minds interested in serving on our Board of Directors, or our Fund Development, Communications, or Governance committees.
Specifically, we’re looking for community-minded, skilled collaborators who are passionate about the arts and committed to pursuing opportunities. Financial expertise, funding experience, or a legal background will be considered as an asset.
GAC Board members serve a three-year term, attend monthly Board meetings, and chair or actively serve on at least one Board committee. Meeting schedules and expectations of Board Committee members vary.
