Spring is here. The mud is everywhere, the days are getting longer, the robins have returned, the buds will soon bud, and new life will be all around us. Shannon Kingsbury sings a more sombre take on the changing season in today’s featured video. It’s a beautiful song with which many of us might find a certain kinship these days. We’re reminded that various occasions can affect people in very different ways, and that the beauty of art can capture any number of those sentiments. Shannon’s “Spring Song” does just that.

Singer-Songwriter and Harpist Shannon Kingsbury is a passionate member of Guelph Canada’s vibrant arts scene. As performer and composer she has collaborated with renowned artists across various disciplines and genres in site-specific, multi-disciplinary and conventional performances. Kingsbury's vibrant live shows have been presented at theatres, festivals and intimate venues including: Hillside Festival, Guelph Jazz Festival & Nuit Blanche, River Run Centre, Guelph Dance Festival and numerous galleries and museums across Ontario.
