Bill Swan began his career in real estate in 1987 at the age of 25. Bill initially worked for a prominent locally owned company, received his broker’s license at the age of 28 and moved on to work at Sutton Group then moved to Royal LePage in 1995. Bill has been at Royal LePage ever since.
Over all this time Bill has been actively and successfully selling real estate full time in Guelph and Wellington County. Bill has a great deal of experience in residential, both in town and in the country as well as commercial, industrial and multi-residential real estate.
Bill lives in Guelph’s historic downtown area with his wife and 2 children. Bill is on the board of directors for the Guelph and District Association of REALTORS®; he volunteers as a basketball coach, has worked on several Habitat for Humanity builds, and has served on numerous committees within the community.
He was raised to be kind, honest and work hard and has constantly strives to maintain this life philosophy throughout his career.

Actually getting into real estate- I had to step out of my comfort zone constantly.
